Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Robo Call Pakistan, we are committed to offering flexible and user-friendly services. Our updated Cancellation and Package Expiry Policy ensures transparency and helps our clients manage their subscriptions effectively.
1. Cancellation Request
- All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] or through the official account management group on whatsapp.
- The request should include your account details, the reason for cancellation, and your desired cancellation date.
2. Notice Period
- Clients are required to provide a minimum 7-day notice prior to the next billing cycle to process the cancellation.
- Failure to provide notice within this period will result in billing for the upcoming cycle.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are not available for partially used billing cycles or for one-time services that have already been rendered.
- If a client cancels a prepaid plan before its expiration, no refunds or prorated credits will be issued for the remaining period.
4. Package Expiry and Top-Up Policy
a. Package Expiry
- Packages are valid for 30 days from the date of activation.
- If no top-up is made within 30 days after the package expiry, the remaining balance will be forfeited.
b. Top-Up Before Expiry
- If a top-up is made before the package expiry date, any remaining balance from the current package will be carried forward and added to the new package balance.
c. Top-Up After Expiry
- If a top-up is made after the package expiry date, the previous balance will not be carried forward, and the new top-up balance will be valid for the next 30 days only.
5. Service Termination
- Upon successful cancellation, no refund will be provided and access to Robo Call Pakistan services will be terminated immediately after the last billing cycle ends.
- Any pending account balance at customer end must be cleared before the cancellation is processed.
6. Reactivation
- If you wish to reactivate your account after cancellation, you may need to register as a new client and adhere to the latest pricing and terms.
7. Special Cases
- For bulk orders or custom solutions, cancellation terms if specified in the service agreement will supersede this general cancellation policy.
- If Robo Call Pakistan suspends your account due to a violation of terms, no refund will be provided.
