1. Introduction

The Robo Call Pakistan Agency Referral Program allows agencies, freelancers, and consultants to earn a one-time commission for referring eCommerce stores to Robo Call Pakistan’s voice automation platform.

By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms:

2. Eligibility & Participation

  • Open to digital agencies, freelancers, consultants, and marketing professionals who refer clients to Robo Call Pakistan.
  • The referring agency/individual must register via the official referral form and receive approval before making referrals.
  • Robo Call Pakistan reserves the right to approve or reject any referral or agency participation request.

3. Commission Structure (One-Time Payout)

  • 5% one-time commission per store referral for up to 5 stores per month.
  • 10% one-time commission per store referral for more than 5 stores per month.
  • The commission is calculated on the initial package price chosen by the referred store (excluding taxes and processing fees).
  • This commission is a one-time referral bonus per store and does not recur monthly.

4. Payment & Payouts

  • Commission payments are processed at the end of each month.
  • Payments will be made via bank transfer or card payment.
  • Minimum payout threshold: PKR 5,000 or equivalent in USD.
  • An invoice may be required to process the commission.

5. Referral Process

  • The agency must submit client details via the referral tracking system or email before the client signs up.
  • The referred store must successfully sign up and make full payment before the commission is processed.
  • If multiple agencies refer the same store, the first registered referral will be considered.

6. Restrictions & Disqualifications

  • Self-referrals (referring your own business) are not eligible for commissions.
  • Fraudulent referrals, duplicate accounts, or fake stores will result in immediate disqualification.
  • Any misuse, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms will result in loss of commission and potential legal action.

7. Program Modifications & Termination

  • Robo Call Pakistan reserves the right to modify commission rates, terms, and program policies at any time.
  • The program may be terminated or suspended at Robo Call Pakistan’s discretion without prior notice.

8. Agreement & Acceptance

By submitting the referral form and participating in this program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and confirm that:
✅ You have read and understood the terms.
✅ You will comply with the referral process and ethical marketing practices.
✅ Robo Call Pakistan’s decision on commission eligibility and payouts will be final and binding.
