Robo Call Pakistan

1. Introduction

The Robo Call Pakistan Agency Referral Program enables agencies, freelancers, consultants, and marketing professionals to earn 15% lifetime recurring commission by referring eligible eCommerce businesses to Robo Call Pakistan’s voice automation platform.

By registering and participating in the Agency Program through the official partner portal:

2. Eligibility & Participation

The program is open to:

  • Digital marketing agencies
  • Freelancers
  • Consultants
  • SaaS implementers
  • eCommerce service providers

Participation Requirements:

  • You must register through the official Agency Portal.
  • You must accept the Referral Terms before accessing your dashboard.
  • Approval from Robo Call Pakistan is required before referrals are considered valid.
  • Robo Call Pakistan reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend any partner account at its sole discretion.

3. Commission Structure (15% Lifetime Revenue)

Commission Rate:

✅ 15% commission on verified client revenue
✅ Applies for the lifetime of the referred client

Commission Calculation:

Commission is calculated on:

  • Net plan subscription for Shopify Plans
  • Packages selected for Our Portal Plans

Excludes:

  • Taxes & other Usage Charges
  • Payment gateway fees
  • Refunds
  • Chargebacks

Commission continues as long as:

  • The referred client remains active
  • Payments are successfully received
  • No policy violation occurs

This is a recurring lifetime commission model, not a one-time payout.

4. Referral Tracking & Validation

All referrals must be submitted via the official Agency Portal.

A referral is considered valid only if:

  • Submitted through the partner dashboard before the client signs up.
  • The client signs up using the tracked referral system.
  • The client completes payment successfully.
  • The client is a new customer (not existing or previously contacted by RCP).

If multiple partners refer the same client:

  • The first registered referral in the system will be considered valid.

Robo Call Pakistan reserves full discretion to verify referral legitimacy.

5. Payment & Payouts

Payout Schedule:

  • Commissions are calculated monthly.
  • Payouts are processed at the end of each calendar month.

Minimum Payout Threshold:

PKR 5,000 (or equivalent in USD)

If the threshold is not met, the balance will roll over to the next cycle.

Payment Methods:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Digital transfer methods (as agreed)
  • International transfer (if applicable)

An invoice may be required before payout processing.

6. Partner Responsibilities

Partners must:

  • Promote Robo Call Pakistan ethically.
  • Provide accurate information to referred clients.
  • Avoid false claims or misleading positioning.
  • Comply with all applicable marketing and advertising regulations.

Partners are not authorized to:

  • Represent themselves as employees of Robo Call Pakistan.
  • Offer custom pricing without written approval.
  • Modify contractual terms.

7. Restrictions & Disqualifications

The following actions will result in immediate disqualification:

  • Self-referrals
  • Fake store creation
  • Duplicate account manipulation
  • Fraudulent traffic or misrepresentation
  • Incentivized signups without disclosure
  • Brand bidding without permission

Robo Call Pakistan reserves the right to:

  • Cancel pending commissions
  • Suspend partner account
  • Withhold payouts
  • Take legal action if required

8. Program Modifications

Robo Call Pakistan reserves the right to:

  • Modify commission rates
  • Update payout policies
  • Revise eligibility criteria
  • Suspend or terminate the program

Changes may be implemented without prior notice.

9. Confidentiality

Partners agree not to disclose:

  • Pricing models
  • Technical documentation
  • Client data
  • Revenue insights
  • Internal platform functionality

Violation may result in termination and legal consequences.

10. Limitation of Liability

Robo Call Pakistan shall not be liable for:

  • Lost earnings
  • Missed commissions due to tracking errors outside control
  • Technical failures
  • Client churn
  • Platform downtime

All commission decisions by Robo Call Pakistan shall be final and binding.

11. Agreement & Acceptance

By registering on the Agency Portal and clicking “I Agree,” you confirm that:

✅ You have read and understood these Terms.
✅ You agree to the 15% lifetime commission model.
✅ You understand commissions are based on verified revenue only.
✅ You accept Robo Call Pakistan’s decision as final in all matters related to referrals and payouts.
